1. Introduction
Claws Signals ("Claws") is a trading intelligence service operated by 0xTGI. By subscribing to or using Claws, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.
2. Nature of Service
Claws provides trading signals, market analysis, and AI-powered radar for educational and informational purposes only. Our service is NOT financial advice, NOT investment recommendations, and NOT a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are an educational tool — not a financial advisor.
3. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and carries significant risk. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses — you can lose your entire capital. There are no guaranteed returns in trading. Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
4. Past Performance
Historical results, win rates, and performance statistics displayed on our platform or channels do not guarantee future performance. Past success does not ensure future profits. Every trade carries risk regardless of historical data.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. You must conduct your own research, manage your own risk, and verify all signals independently before acting on them. Claws signals are one data point — not a directive to trade.
6. No Liability
0xTGI and Claws shall not be held liable for any trading losses, missed signals, system downtime, delayed notifications, or any other damages arising from the use of our service. This includes, but is not limited to, disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control — such as internet outages, cloud infrastructure failures, Telegram platform issues, Binance API changes, blockchain network congestion, or any other third-party service interruptions. You use Claws entirely at your own risk.
7. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We do not offer partial refunds, credits, or exchanges.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide 24/7 service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unexpected issues may temporarily affect availability. Service disruptions may also result from factors outside our control, including but not limited to: internet infrastructure outages, server/cloud provider failures, Telegram platform downtime, blockchain network congestion, or third-party API changes. 0xTGI bears no responsibility for losses or inconvenience caused by such external disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and restore service promptly.
9. Prohibited Actions & Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any account that engages in or attempts to engage in any of the following prohibited actions: • Unauthorized access, modification, or interference with Claws systems, servers, or infrastructure • Using Claws for fraud, impersonation, extortion, soliciting investments, or any activity that violates Vietnamese law or international law • Redistributing, reselling, or sharing Claws signals, data, or content with third parties without written permission from 0xTGI • Using Claws to build, operate, or generate revenue from any product, service, or project — in any form — without prior written approval from the 0xTGI team • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our methods, algorithms, or systems Users who violate these rules bear full personal legal responsibility for their actions. 0xTGI and Claws disclaim all liability for consequences arising from individual users' violations of these terms. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Claws. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Claws after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
